What are Pulse Agents?
Pulse Agents are extensions that connect Pulse's AI to the platforms your team already uses, starting with WhatsApp. They automatically extract tasks, decisions, leads, and follow-ups from your conversations.
Do I need the main Pulse app to use the agents?
No. The WhatsApp Agent is a standalone Chrome extension. You don't need the full Pulse team chat app to get started.
Is my data private?
Yes. The WhatsApp extension processes messages locally in your browser. No raw message content is ever sent to Pulse servers. See the WhatsApp Agent Privacy Policy for full details.
Are Pulse Agents free?
Yes. All agents are free during the current beta. No credit card is ever required to install.
The extension stopped working after a WhatsApp update. What do I do?
WhatsApp Web occasionally changes its interface. We push fixes within 24-48 hours. Check your extension is on the latest version in Chrome Extensions settings, or email hi@pulseapp.ai.
How do I uninstall the extension?
Go to chrome://extensions in your browser, find Pulse for WhatsApp, and click Remove. This removes the extension and all locally stored data.
When will Slack and Teams agents launch?
